Why would a bestselling diet book or program work for one person and not another? Simply put, every body is different and your life is uniquely…yours. So many things are a part of your world: career, relationships, finances, interests, spirituality, and of course, your fitness, nutrition and other health habits. Only when you start looking at your life from various angles can you start to see where there are voids or simply some areas that could use improvement. It’s like clicking the missing pieces into a puzzle. Ah, there you go…now the image is coming into focus. 

So, how and where do you even start to create balance to make it all work so that a healthier you is achieved? Is that even possible? Yes, it is. Remember the old saying that knowledge is power?
